It's been a year. Have fun curse-breaking, White Sox. I'm happy for them. Everyone should shed their baggage! It's lovely.

Poor Cubs fans. Even the White Sox can win one now.

I really like the Astros a lot and was rooting for them, but the White Sox deserved it. Congrats to them.

I have to admit I was rooting for the White Sox. I don't particularly like the Astros... and I'm more attached to Chicago as a city than Houston, even though that's... not much. And I like people breaking curses. And I feel like the White Sox get shafted in Chicago because of the Cubs.

I didn't really care who won this World Series. I would have liked to see the Astros win, but I had no emotional ties to either of them.

Now, if the Pirates win in my lifetime... that will be something.

I thought I didn't (well I did know I was rooting against the astros), but I got all emotional when the white sox won, I guess because I remembered what it was like.
